Absolutely appalling. I made a complaint online and by phone about a service I received from Sytner Sunningdale. In essence, I booked for a basic service and MOT. My car passed its MOT, however they phoned me to say they were charging me over £400 in total, as they conducted a full service without my agreement. When I visited the branch to query this, I was told "well, it (a full service) needed doing soon, so we did it for you anyway". I did not agree to this, nor was I informed at any stage that despite entering into an agreement with customers, Sytner will do whatever "work" on your vehicle that they wish without your consent or agreement. Sytner did not raise this with me at any point, or tell me they were carrying out a different service. Sytner Sunningdale have failed to respond to any of my attempts to contact them. They just keep fobbing me off and promising someone will call, when they don't. Do not use!
