Just brought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Ben Wild motors a few days ago, got there Ben and James gave a friendly welcome and let us look round the car and just said is there’s any questions let us know. They weren’t pushy in anyway, let us have a test drive then quickly came to the conclusion I wanted to buy, they answered all our questions. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service they sat down with us and gave us a mutually acceptable price, no rushing genuine nice guys would highly recommend!!

I recently purchased a Peugeot 308. It was my first major purchase within my life, and I'm extremely pleased to have gone through Ben Wild. It was a pleasant experience from the very first contact right up to now. He's a very down to earth man, and doesn't give the typical pushy car salesman attitude. He's a man who cares about his customers and their needs. He made each process easier for me, and helped me understand everything! The car is everything I wanted it to be, and it was in fantastic condition with a full service history, MOT etc. Slight problem with the AC, but this is a small fix which Ben is personally helping me with. At Ben Wild, they go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. Very happy!

After looking around for weeks for a genuine low milage Audi I was beginning to think it was a lost cause until a friend reccommended Ben Wild, I was in luck as Ben had a very nice car that was exactly what I was looking for, low milage and a full service history. I was really impressed by the complete 'non' sales approach as I was not pressured at all and that was very refreshing after visiting so many other dealers. Since collecting the car both my wife and I are completely satisfied with it. I rarely leave reviews and I wasnt asked to leave one but when customer service is great I think its something to shout about. I definately reccommend this motor dealer, as a result of my positive experience I have also just signed to buy myself a new van from Ben and his team. Tony Preston
