Bought a car from Chester depot, in the images you can see the car at their depot with its windows shut, then there are image so the car with the windows open. The general manager of the site refused to explain why the windows were opened at their site in several e-mails that were exchanged with him. I called the call centre where the rep agreed the images were of the car at their site and agreed the images showed the windows open and shut at their site and there was no reason for the windows to be open, she was new and so asked a supervisor. The call centre rep then came back and was told to tell me the windows were open when they collected the car, and they were covered with plastic, that the plastic was removed to take pictures. The car was listed as being front end damage and secondary minor dents and scratches. In the main advert is state sit has keys and in the additional notes its states it does not have keys and the bonnet is stuck and makes no mention fo the windows or it being a non starter. I fully expect this car to turn up with a wet interior. Clearly the company is too big to care about telling the truth and if you are a car trader with repair facilities you will expect to find some extra faults as they are a broker and very cavalier with how they store and move cars but these guys are at this branch are lying to their customers at that is just not right under any circumstances.

Co part should finish as it doent meet trading standards. No exect information are displayed about vehicles all important information, are not given on certain vehicle , Some time if vheicle are not start and engine is gone they would nt say in additional info mostly. So be aware of if does nt say ,start and drives. Never buy even it is free and very cheap.

Counter and telephone service disgusting. Person who took me to the car was lovely and helpful though. However, items stolen from my car, which was declared a write off after a non fault crash.

AWFUL SERVICE AND THEFT! Traveled 4 hours (and stayed in a hotel nearby overnight) to collect my belongings from my car that was declared as a write-off after a car crash and I was turned away twice because the person who could give me access to the car wasn’t in, and when I did get to it the next weekend I noticed some of my belongings had been STOLEN which is inexcusable!
