Excellent customer service from start to finish. Dealt with Colin, he answered all our questions explained the different models of vehicle and was very helpful. Really efficient team that always came back to us quickly . I would defiantly recommend this dealership, they really stood out compared to the other brands we had made enquiries with.

Rang regarding changing my car due to having a baby and needing more space. Within several hours Liam had looked into my query, worked out the finance and found a car for me..... Amazing. I made deposit online on a car, which was advertised as still on the market on your website. Only to get a call the next morning to say it had been sold. I was disappointed, but these things happen and continued my search for my new car. However, I was promised a full refund of my deposit in 3-5 working days and thought it had ended there. It has now been nearly 4 weeks (27 days to be exact) and I still haven't received my deposit back. I have sent several emails and made several phone calls since then and to be fair I did receive a response to each time. I was promised a call back yesterday (24/11/20) to discuss the matter further because the manager was away on holiday. I have now spent so much time and energy into something that should have been straightforward. I'm running out of options hence why I am writing this review. I want to know if this is the case with everyone making a deposit or if I'm an exception?

Yesterday, I picked up my brand new Volkswagen Polo. The whole process from start to finish was seamless and easy. Colin and the team at Chester really listened to my requirements as well as budget to get me the perfect package for my car. When I arrived to pick up my new car, Colin certainly pulled out all the stops to make the experience feel that much more special (I've always wanted to pull the black sheet off a new car and I can finally say I've done it haha!). I know where I will be buying my next car from... and the one after that and the one after that! 5 stars, couldn't recommend the team highly enough!
