Overall experience was excellent from start to finish of getting our new car ,. Mark Jones and Darren Davis are a credit to lookers kept us informed throughout and any problems we had we only had to phone and they always phoned us back especially with having to do all paperwork from home which was a new experience for us we would definitely recommend to family and friends thankyou again

The agent I dealt with (Thomas) has ,as so many of the staff at the dealership posses, that certain quality that is highly professional and yet is delivered in a friendly and courteous manner. Looked at Dacia dealership with a view to buying either a new or used Dacia but salesman just didn't seem very enthusiastic about both the Dacia range and us as a possible customer !! Maybe they don't get commission these days ?
I will buy my Dacia from a different branch, maybe they will be more interested in selling their cars.
