We had a mobility car and Donna our adviser was helpful and friendly throughout the process.
We could not have received any better service, she is an asset to Lookers Chester and I have no doubt we would return to her again.
Last time I brought my vehicle in to the workshop it was to replace a damaged front wheel, they replaced the wrong wheel and I had to return to have the correct wheel replaced. This time I booked my vehicle in as the pressure sensor was faulty and was showing that I had a puncture, despite the vehicle being with them for 9 hours they failed to repair it but were able to complete a full health check and advise me that I have a faulty pressure gauge! Unfortunately by this time the parts department had gone home and I have had to book my car in again to have the repair, that I initially booked it in for, completed! Very poor!
Always great service. I want to thank Steve on the Servicing desk and Donna Aitkinson for always being welcoming when I return. Ordered my new Motability car with her (again) always very reliable and excellent.
Carys customer service was excellent she was so helpful tried her best to help us find the car we wanted unfortunately either the colour wasn't what I wanted or it was diesel really need a petrol cos I don't do the milage for a diesel colour am just being picky but you have to love it!!
