Recently purchased a BMW 1 series and what a fantastic experience I had, all the staff are friendly and not pushy! I took out finance also and this was thoroughly explained to me, they allowed me to ask as many questions as I needed! I am planning to return soon to purchase another car for my daughter! Had a test drive of an Audi RS5. Becky was really friendly and not pushy. Although I did not buy the car I would reccomend Motor match. I like their none pushy style.
Great service! I went into this dealership and asked poor Matt to show me about 9-10 different models of car as I wasn't sure what I wanted. He helped me narrow down the cars that would best suit me - in a way that was helpful and with no pressure on buying. He made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The Mini I ended up buying (a couple of days later) was really good value for money and beat all the local dealerships. I will definitely come back here and be recommending this dealership, and Matt, to my family and friends.
The lad that sorted me out was more than patient as I was having a problem getting the money over to them. My phone was dying on the phone what felt like forever to the bank i, I was freaking and he was brilliant . His name was Tom , good lad
