From Enquiring About a car to picking it up was so easy and an excellent service. I knew what car I wanted and phill emailed me different options available. Including different prices and options for finance. Got picked up from Chester train station as lived away so I could have a test drive, made to feel at ease. All questions answered. Paper work all ready to be signed at the garage which is very welcoming Car in excellent condition, and just what I wanted. Service excellent and nothing too much trouble, and even got a free key ring😁 Recommend phill at Evans Halshaw. Top sales man. Thank you for answering all my “girly” questions 10/10 to you.

Got ourselves a great deal! If you buy a car from here, ask to deal with Jack Nadin - a brilliant young man who is very honest, easy going and attentive. No issue was too small and tried his best to solve everything we asked of him.

Shocking, what can i say.. lovely to deal with when purvhasing a car but their customer service skills below par. Faults with car from initial purchase. Car unsafe. Evans Halshaw Chester branch not interested, partner spent two years of hell rejecting the car purchased which meant it had to sit on the drive for two years unusable. Would not recommend Evans Halshaw Chester. BUYER BEWARE. Suggest you pay attention to lower star reviews as probably correct. 1 star reviews too much.

Started well when purchasing a car for my mother, picked her up from train station to get it but as soon as she paid the service ended. She has done 1000 miles in it since spending £12,000 in December, car has only done 20k miles from new and the clutch has fully disintegrated. Called them up and they weren't bothered at all, didn't even try to be helpful. She took it to her own garage and EH hadn't provided the locking wheel nut either so upon calling them to get one, guess what... she had to pay for that too. Whole family were Evans Halshaw clients... not anymore.
