I was very happy with the service and somewhat relieved when it was explained to me that I could take out a service plan for three years including free MOTs which would mean a lower initial payment (it being the month before Christmas when expenses are very high!) rather than paying quite a lot more for a one-off service and MOT.

I was looked after very well, with clear options given, kept informed and courteous staff.
I recently had my Fiat 500 MOT'd at Chester Fiat. I was greeted by the receptionist Miss Oliver. She was very welcoming and clearly explained everything to me, offered a coffee to me and arranged for a lift to take me up to the nearby shops.
Miss Oliver rang me to let me know when she said she would and, again offered a coffee when I returned. She also requested that the car be washed for me.
While I was waiting she explained about the service plan over three years. I felt that the offer is good and signed the relevant paper work. All queries we answered fully.
I am very impressed by the service I received and would recommend them to anyone. Very professional., thank you.

Poor service. Sales team were great but after sales is shocking, plenty of other dealers selling same cars so I'd suggest going elsewhere.
Queue a reply from them asking for an email which will get a generic response but not change anything.
