What fantastic service. Another garage advised work would cost over £1000 wanted it done locally. So took it to Castle who said it didnt need doing at this time. What other business gives such honest advice? Wouldnt use anywhere else.
I have been using this garage for a while. Great service, staff are honest, very helpful.
Outstanding customer service. Walking into the reception area they recognise me, my vehicle and know which service is required even though they see me twice a year.
They telephone when they say they will and are clear as to any points I need to keep an eye on.
You don't get that from a main dealer even though they charge more than double what Castle garage charge.
18 years now of using Castle Garage and not going anywhere else. Enough said I think.
Great garage, amazing customer service and the garage has the be the cleanest garage I have ever been to! So provisional! Would highly recommend!
