Had a Honda jazz wish I had stuck with them instead of going to suzuki. Not one problem with the jazz highly recommend one if you are looking for another mobility car.

Called in to book my CRV in to have the battery checked because I was having trouble starting the car. I spoke to Stuart who said that he would check the battery there and then to save me coming back. After 10 minutes of checks with various pieces of diagnostic equipment, he told me that the battery needed replacing. (Can't complain, it's nearly 5 years old). I asked if I could book the car in to get the job done and he said that to save me another journey, if I went to the spares department and bought a replacement battery, he would fit it for me right away. Within 6 or 7 minutes I was driving home. What a wonderful service from a caring Honda employee. Thank you Stuart, you are a star.

My experience at Brindley Honda Cannock could have been better because As soon as I drove the car away the tyre deflation indicator came on. Soon I realised the air conditioning wasn’t working. It was eventually discovered that the tyre deflation indicator was coming on because one tyre was a different speed rating and brand (Avon instead of Continental) Instead of changing the tyre straight away for the correct sort they reduced the sensitivity on the tyre sensor. However this still didn’t cure the problem. After 3 trips to the dealership, each time my friend following me to take me to and from the dealers they said the air con needed a new ‘condenser’ . The car was booked in for the day but they were unable to complete the job because there was a leak and they had to reorder a part. I then went to work in Cornwall for 3 weeks. The tyre deflation indicator came on almost straight away and I was fuming. On my return in 3 weeks when they did the aircon I insisted they also put on my tyre. The car was due to be collected on Monday 18th October to do the work but I had no courtesy call nor email to verify so I called the dealership. They said the car would be collected at 9.30am but nobody turned up until after lunch. In the evening somebody phoned and asked if they could keep the car overnight as Sales had omitted to tell Service department that the tyre needed ordering. The next day, after chasing Servive department the car was returned. The wheel that they had changed was filthy and the alloys covering with tyre sealing compound. Considering the amount of hassle I’d been through I would have thought at least a wash and valet of the car would be in order. I certainly won’t be going back to Honda Cannock. Honda Cannock was recommended by a friend, he said Simon there would look after me, but Simon has left and the standards have plummeted. Never have I had such poor service . The cars need to be checked over much more carefully before sale and communication with the buyer and between departments needs to be much better. As far as the car goes I’m hoping nothing else crops up as a problem, if it does, I won’t be going back to Honda Brindley Cannock
