Had had some breakdown issues hence minus one star. A lady from customer services sorted it out beautifully.
It's a car dealership, a little expensive for me but I was looking for around 1 grand below their lowest prices. Friendly staff, a bit of a lad vibe but as expected.

I’ve had my car for nearly 4 years now, and it has been great. Only two small repairs and a few tyre changes the whole time.
If I could give Trade Centre a minus rating i would because even 1* rating seems too good for them!!! Absolutely diabolical service! The staff were breathing down your necks from the minute you arrived really trying to force a sale on you. We walked away having felt so pressured into buying an car that we weren't overly comfortable buying to then have Trade Centre wash their hands of the minute we left and refuse to to acknowledge any liability for!! The RAC warranty isn't worth the paper its written on either yet again we were backed into corner with that and forced into taking the cover out with them too, when we attempted to cancel in the cooling off period they made it as difficult as possible so it overran and then billed us for the full term amount!! The car cost us almost half the finance amount in the first year of having it alone to put right all the issues that Trade Centre should have picked up on in the so called 'safety checks' they carry out. In all honestly, if you are happy to buy an overpriced, unsafe car, from a company that will accept zero responsibility then Trade Centre is definitely the place to go, if you want a safe car from a company that are willing to listen to your concerns then AVOID TRADE CENTRE WALES AT ALL COSTS!!!
