Wanted a Ford Kuga on Motability. We live just north of Bristol, and this was the only dealership that had good stock levels. We had 3 to choose from. We spoke with 2 members of staff on the phone, Kerry and Adam who were super helpful. When we went to test drive had a good welcome with coffee, and a fuss made of our dog too! Just the right balance of salesmanship and advice, and made the experience a pleasure. We had been to 2 other manufacturers dealerships but these guys knew their stuff, had options, and made us feel important. Well done Adam and Kerry, can you open a dealership closer to us please?!!
