I highly, highly recommend Trade Right Cars. I found the car I liked online and gave them a call in the morning; first of all booking a viewing was really easy. They also agreed on the phone to part exchange my current car for double what I expected for it, with ease.
When I got there in the morning the staff were really polite. They let me view the car on my own and test drive it by myself without pressuring me to buy it or anything. By lunch time that same day they had the car ready and MOT'd for me (and kept me in the loop via Whatsapp throughout the day too).
They just made the whole process really smooth and it wasn't stressful at all. They even gave me some money to put some fuel in the tank when I drove away with the car as it was low.

Fantastic customer service. No hard sell just honest appraisal of the car. Bought a Polo for my son and Nigel delivered it to him while I was at work, serviced and MOT'd it with 2 new tyres and replaced the fan switch. Didn't even have to go back to get that done, our local garage did it and squared it with Nigel, no cost to us. They even added petrol and went through the documents for registration with my son. I haven't had better service form a garage anywhere and the car is immaculate and drives lie a dream.
