This is our second car we have bought from Wessex Nissan in Cardiff and the reason we went back is because their after sales service was excellent. I went looking for an X Trail and the Salesman, Maj, was excellent. He showed us a few options and then took plenty of time to discuss with us the merits of both cars with no sense of hard sell at all. I felt like I could take my time to really think about which vehicle I wanted and I'm glad to say I definitely made the right decision as a result. There was a little mix up with one of the accessories to be included when I picked the car up but when I raised it, this was resolved straight away with no questions asked. I couldn't be happier with the service and quality I get from Wessex and have happily told many people the same.

Well, what can I say about our visit to Nissan Wessex Cardiff - Paul Williams! Paul Williams is the most amazing individual anyone will ever have the pleasure of meeting. In all fairness, no words can do real justice to describe how wonderful a person he is. He makes us feel like family and I am not just saying that! My wife always ensures that she cooks something special for him and that is something she will only do for family and relatives. For us, Paul is what makes us want to choose Wessex Nissan again and again! There is simply no one like him and I do not think there will be anyone like him, he’s unique and he’s the best!

I recently purchased a beautiful 2020 Nissan Juke with the help of Paul Williams. After weeks Of shopping around at different car companies and having no luck. Visiting Paul at Nissan was perfect. We test drove a similar car, he showed me the perks and I placed my order straight away. Within 2 weeks, my brand new car was delivered. Paul kept me constantly up to date with the progress, even making sure it was delivered before I began my new job. The most genuine and pleasant man I have met. He was not pushy like other sales men I have met and made sure I was making the correct decision. I hope to visit again with the help of Paul to find my next perfect motor. Completely superb! I am really pleased with my recent experience at Wessex Nissan Cardiff. I initially visited the branch just to weight my options for a used car from Nissan brand having been searching for a while rather, I was offered a great deal for a new car. Mr Scott Andrews who handled my car need was helpful all through the process and I really appreciate his customer support and his excellent sales expertise. I am happy I got a better car compared to my initial hope and now look forward for continual support from this experience.
