Would like to say a big thank you to Tanners as due to this Covid 19 outbreak i am on lock down through age and health. When I contacted them to say my vehicle was due a service and MOT they arranged for the vehicle to be picked up and returned to my address. The fitter the picked the car up was very polite and helpful and observed social distancing cannot fault him and the other staff that arranged it for me a big thank you all

Uncomfortable dirty waiting room, servicing dept dirty and cold, dull depressing and I am very disappointed, swearing from over the counter. The drink machine (in main entrance not in waiting room is severely abused by the mechanics and workers) not for the customers. hard sofa might as well sit on the floor, mind i don’t think the floors have been cleaned in 20 years! No toilets or even a place to wait for your vehicle. I think tanners have been writing there own reviews as they are not genuine reviews. No disabled parking ! they been used as parking spaces for selling there cars! oh dear dear dear.

Laid back, friendly and knowledgeable service, without all the flashy style and razzmatazz of big dealerships. Took delivery of my nearly new Tivoli and was very satisfied with the experience. Full marks to Owain.
