Never bought cars from Jeff White Motors before (mainly from franchised dealers before) but bought 2 cars eventually. Richard dealt with the entire buying process and he was very helpful and friendly as were the others there. Process was simple and straightforward for both cars. One of the cars subsequently was noted to have a fault. This was rectified with a courtesy car given for the duration of the repair. Overall very pleased with the whole buying process and the subsequent support. Without a doubt a place to look for cars with friendly and helpful service and much cheaper than most dealers

I've driven past Jeff White Motors more times than I can remember but had never gone in when we were in the market for a car until now. If you don't like being pressured like you are at a lot of the big car discount showrooms you'll love this place as they come over and ask if you need any help and if you say no, I'm fine/just looking they walk away and leave you alone. Even when it comes to test drives that's easy and there is still no pressure to buy. Nothing but praise for the team and how they handle customers plus the cars not bad either!

First time I have bought from Jeff White. Excellent customer service throughout the whole process. Richard was professional & courteous and sorted out any issues with the car I had chosen. Unlike some dealers the staff were not pushy with the 'sell at all costs' attitude. I would recommend the dealership and please as for Richard. Thanks for a great customer experience.
