Took my Citroen C6 in with possible gearbox problem turned out to be a faulty relay after much investigation by workshop staff.Also had to replace airbag ECU. Reception staff kept me up to date as parts had to be ordered from France. Very good service.

Appalling levels of customer care, ignoring emails, cursory inspections, ignoring quote requests, being 7 times more expensive than eBay for replacement parts etc etc. Other reviewers has said similar... Just sad that so many garages offer far less than adequate when they charge so much...

As transport manager of a fleet that includes 50 Citroen vehicles, I have never dealt with such an awful company in all my life. Incompetent, unresponsive, rude, and unhelpful. Furthermore, they then go and berate their own customers to other businesses and mechanics who we've never had a problem with. If you could get in touch and let us know exactly what your problem is, that would be great, but I highly doubt we'll be purchasing a Citroen ever again.

Got my car today from citreon, dealer Sarah Blakeman helped me every step of the way. Would definitely use again, 10 out of 10.😁😁😁

Terrible service and experience. We went in to part exchange my wife's car and following the valuation were simply told that it, alongside a £300 deposit, "dealt with the outstanding finance". Not once were we shown/told the actual part-ex value of the car. Thinking this was an extremely dodgy practice, we then went to a reputable dealer who performed another detailed valuation process and clearly showed us a part-ex value with over £1,500 in positive equity. Very shady business by Evans Halshaw. This was topped off by blatant disregard for peoples' personal data. We had to return the next day for the above valuation where we were told that a photocopy of my wife's drivers licence "must've been lost from my desk". Due to them being short-staffed, my wife was then asked to leave her completed finance form, containing home address, work address, telephone number, bank details, etc., on the sales person's desk while other customers were dealt with on the forecourt. Perhaps some detailed training on GDPR and the potential consequences to Evans Halshaw for malpractice with regards to personal data would be appropriate. Will not return again.
