I use this garage alot as I have a service plan. Yesterday my car went in for mot, 'Jordan' , the young man who dealt with this for me was BRILLIANT!
He was efficient, polite & extreamly helpful... Couldn't have asked for better customer service, he deserves a pay rise! The team who worked on my car also did a great job, quick & efficient. THANK YOU!
Excellent service and helpful guidance without any sales pressure, the way it should be. Well done Richie. Its only a 48hr test drive on the eCorsa. For the moment. Very smooth and quick car.
Over all a nice place. Clean and tidy with good PPE in place. Busy place tho and think more sales staff are required. Please book not to be disappointed if you just fancy turning up to but a van. They are far to busy to squeeze you in.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I've recently bought an used car (1 year from new) from them and they've mentioned it was fully inspected. THEY DON'T CHECK THEIR CARS. The car had a defect at the infotainment screen. After they took my money, they didn't care and were very dismissive. I had to chase the warranty at the other dealer myself. Horrible experience for paying a lot on a newer car. Next time I'm going to buy a car from eBay. Also their paint/scratches warranty that they try to push you is a trap and will never cover anything (fine lines in the contract always screw you).
Recently purchased a new vehicle from this showroom. Simon (who served us) was friendly, patient and explained everything clearly. The manager at the store was also very helpful and welcoming. Very pleased with the vehicle we purchased and would look to return to purchase again in the future.
