We first visited stratsone in 2019 The vist was awful we was looked upon as if we was second class citizen's Little did they know we was goin to buy a new land-rover. We visited again in August this year and was treated differently we purchased a land rover discovery cannot thank Samuel Jenkins enough for his patience & service Well done stratsone cardiff 👏

The staffing level greatly reduced but felt safe and social distancing maintained throughout. The booking procedure worked well and the two staff present Heidi and James were welcoming and professional in their approach. Looking forward to my next visit in July for my service and MOT Well done guys.

ZERO STARS. The most disgusting service I have ever come across. After reserving a car online, we rang the company around 3 times with no answer to make an appointment. We decided to just go down and see if we could get it. We were told to wait by reception, and that Rob would come and tend to us. As we waited (for about 20 minutes) we saw that the couple next to us, were making a purchase for the same car! I told the reception twice what was happening and again was told to wait, it was like I was invisible. We waited there for half an hour before we were told that the car had in fact been sold. Terrible service. Terrible staff. I don’t think I have ever been made to feel so small.
