Buying a car from a distance, without seeing it, can be a risky business and usually quite stressful. Transferring large amounts of money to someone you don't really know. You've really got to trust who you are dealing with and Claudio certainly instilled this trust. It helped, of course, that he had a Welsh accent when he was in Cardiff. At least I was fairly sure he wasn't in a basement in Nigeria or somewhere, they wouldn't even have known where Wales was. Anyway, I can't give this company, Claudio especially, anything but the highest praise. They are professional, honest and more than helpful. Claudio made the transaction easy and smooth, he knows what buyers need. It also helps that I am very pleased with the car, my first adventure into an electric car. You can trust these people. Both myself and my partner would like to thank Motorline Cardiff and especially Claudio for making the purchase of our new family vehicle as painless and stress free as possible. We knew what vehicle we wanted before we arrived and in fairness to Claudio he didn't try to hard sell us another. The car was serviced and given an mot ready for us to collect and drive away. Claudio kept us updated throughout the week of picking up the car and this was a big help as we'd not made a vehicle purchase like this for a good few years. Can’t fault the experience I had while buying a car last week. I had a very friendly and professional service from Claudio and the team when I needed a quick turnaround on a car I researched and selected online. They got me in for a test drive and dealt with all the paperwork quickly. We had a few wrinkles with the COVID process as the remote e-signing service wouldn't register but we did it the old fashioned way and everything worked out. If you are checking to see if you should use Motorline Cardiff, I would recommend them. The only problem I've had is my four year old keeps asking to get in the front and play with all the gizmo's!
