Nice staff lots of cars to look at easy to find indoors has a one way system in place because of the virus. Parking was difficult because of the large volume of cars stored. But this should get easier I was told as stock gets sold etc .The lock down causing the problem .
Outstanding so far. Ordered a new car with Gary Hitchcott who could not have been more helpful from start to finish. He is new to Toyota models having been with Ford dealerships for many years (their loss). Following an appalling experience trying to buy a new car from Sinclair, Port Talbot, it was refreshing to deal with someone honest and knowledgeable. Tough luck Sinclair - sort your sales guys out.
Poor customer service. My wife and I were booked in to test drive at 1100 the New Rav 4 , spent 20 mins driving around the car park as there was no parking. The spaces were full of Toyota show cars. When My wife went in to ask for help or assistance on where to park she was given a shrug and told to maybe park on the main road or in another company’s car park across the road.
Clearly to busy to help, I guess they don’t need our custom.
Only went in to browse, present Skoda due for a change next year. Bought a new Toyota! Friendly, knowledgeable sales guy but not pushy. Had a test drive while he sorted out returning old car and finances. We didn't have to do anything and got a great deal. Better car for less money, all fast and efficient. Highly recommend. Hope the new car lives up to the standard of the staff when it arrives in 2weeks!
Plenty of entrance space, wheelchair accessible, good architectural layout and pretty cars lol!
