Cannot fault the service I received from Ryan at LEXUS Cardiff. I was very impressed by his manner and knowledge which is what the brand for me is all about. The vehicle I bought was and is immaculate. Ryan explained everything I asked about in detail and in a way I could understand,no hard sell at all. I’ve never dealt with such a helpful bunch of people!! Steve spent so much time with me going through each model, specs, affordability and he was amazing!!! Been to Lexus Cardiff a few times with regards to my Lexus CT200h. Couldn't have been more helpful, staff were all friendly and helped getting the issues sorted. Thanks to Dave in Service for helping with everything too, I'd happily buy a car from here and would recommend.

On entering the Lexus Showroom Cardiff we immediately felt more relaxed on seeing the Covid19 measures that were put in place. Every member of staff was welcoming, helpful and friendly. We were introduced to Ryan who conducted the sale of our now Lexus car efficiently and who arranged dates for completing the purchase. Unfortunately in the meanwhile further Covid restrictions were being applied to the area where we live which made it impossible for us to adhere to the arranged dates. However, although Ryan was on leave we were immediately able to visit the showroom hours before lockdown in our area.There we were met by Rhys who had managed to prepare all the documents etc relating to the completion of the sale, and who introduced us to our new purchase. We were surprised and delighted to leave the showroom in our new car. Both Ryan and Rhys treated us professionally, friendly and considerately.
