Should be called Caerphilly Cowboys. Brought a car that wasn't fit for the road. Had to report the Mot station to the dvsa. Still arguing to get resolved despite 2 independent inspections. My family's safety has been comprised. If your looking for a car drive straight past. Update on your response - You know full well there has been further issues. Fortunately the independent inspection proved this and the Finance Company are now sending the vehicle back. I'm absolutely annoyed I had to pay 2 different inspections and be without a vehicle whilst we proved the car was a pile of rubble but so glad we have done it now. BIG bill coming. EVERYBODY needs to be aware, if the Caerphilly cowboys ride over you, they will kick dust in your face when your down.

Just bought a VW Caddy of Paul at PDP Motors for my sister in law who needed my help buying one. I put a lot of trust in PDP as I live 2 hours away and wanted delivery. The van was described to me perfectly and they even put a new MOT on it changing the discs and pads which were only advisories. Paul sent me pics the day before delivery and had the van delivered on time the following day. Needless to say it was exactly as described and I’m over the moon. I highly recommend Paul and PDP.

I can recommend this garage to anyone. I bought a second hand car and it was delivered all the way from Wales to a Scottish Island. Had an excellent communication with Paul. Great customer service and I am very pleased with the car. Many thanks to PDP Motors !!!!! Kind regards

Awful service, promised valet of bought car wasn't done, rubbish and dirt under seats, promised fix of dent in rear bumper wasn't done.The car has been checked by a trusted local garage and found to require a new Gearbox and Clutch plus has a steering fault. No offer of refund for car or offer to help pay for the repairs by my local garage in Bristol. PDP has offered to fix but wouldn't trust them to change a light bulb let alone a full gearbox and clutch. If I could give zero stars I would. AVOID!
