I had recently bought an i20 from Trade Sales South Wales When I first saw the used car, it had just arrived and it was still being prepared for customer exhibition. After the test drive I decided to buy it. A few days later, when the car was ready for me to pick it up, I noticed that on top of the MOT and service, the car bumpers were repainted so that the few scratches that were present when I test-drove the car were no longer visible. I thought that is was a nice and unexpected surprise (the car was already sold so they could have done with the bare minimum). I have also appreciated very much the sale: no pressure and clear communication. They exceeded my expectations, so I am happy to highly recommend them and wish them success in their business.

Recently purchased a new car from here & I absolutely love it. Was such a nice simple & easy process as I knew exactly what car I wanted. The one thing that puts me off going to a dealership is that the sales guys are usually so pushy but these guys were amazing, left me too it to have a look but was there if I had any questions. Thank you!

I've got to say, our experience with these guys was really good. From the off, Dean was really helpful and not pushy at all which is refreshing. When we picked up the car it was immaculate inside and out and they even sorted a few scratches it had. I would definately use these guys again and recommend. They even put the air con on for us before we drove off as it was a really hot day. Thanks Dean, we really appreciate it!
