Used Car Sales in Caerphilly

this is a copy from my other review on there other site in Cardiff I wish I could give this company more then 5 stars!!! I seen the vehicle i purchased (vauxhall astra estate 2008) on auto trader and it was the cheapest within 100 miles (I was from Plymouth) We travelled up to see the vehicle and collect it.. everything went well on the test drive with richie the salesman . The condition of the car was almost new and i felt messy getting in it as it was so clean inside. We purchased the car within an hour of being there and Richie explained about the warranty they offer and so on (at this point I didn't take much notice as with history I know 90% of warranties don't mean Jack! Even main dealers have ways of getting out of it) Well about 2 weeks later 2000 miles ish (work car) the vehicle broke down as the gear box went and the vehicle was Immobile (I understand that even brand new vehicles do break down as it's the nature of the business so I understood this) I got the vehicle towed to a mechanic and called evolution cars up and explained what has happend.. they then took over everything and called the mechanic them self sorted the repair out and I had my vehicle back within 3 days!! I have to say this company is definitely reputable! And sell legitimate cars as the only person who lost out on £money was evolution cars so I can say with 100% certainty that it would not be in there best interest to sell broken cars with there solid warranties as it would only be costing them agro and money! To anyone that reads this who is thinking of buying a vehicle here you have no worries as this dealer is the 1 out of 100 legit car sales garage !! Thanks again and I'll definitely be back to check your forecourt if I ever need another vehicle and I'll be sure to speak to Richie! Elliot
