Really good guys, I was after a car and someone had already put deposit down, but gave me first refusal and were true to their word. Next day I got the call and that night I bought my car. Arrived with new MOT and New service. The car is in mint condition, and I love it. The whole experience was really great. Good friendly team, as a woman on my own turning up I got treated well and whole thing was super relaxed etc :)
Coopers Cars gave us excellent customer service especially during these times, with Video call and Delivery. The dealer helped us with all our queries, he was super friendly and showed us parts of the car we didn’t even think of, I felt reassured. When putting the deal through he was helpful and professional. We had our car delivered in days, with the driver even helping me to park as I was a bit rusty. Overall they were honest and trustworthy. I would recommend them over and over again. Big thank you from us.
Bought my sons 1st car from coopers cars.
Very friendly service, although when my hubby checked the car it didn't seem to have enough water in the rad. Was making a strange noise until we sorted it. I'm sure if I told them they would have sorted it.
Other than that reasonable priced, good customer care and will be going back when it's my time to upgrade.
Excellent service. They even helped to fix my battery for free, a week after I bought the car, when I left my lights on. I definitely recommend buying a car from them.
Mis sold my £18k ford ranger.
The roller shutter was shown in photos closed, the truck arrived the roller shutter did not lock so it would not even stay shut. They sent me a £13 garage door lock that I had to modify to make it work.
The truck has an ad blue light now on the vehicle, they expect me to pop it in to them on Tuesday!, 300 miles each way! I have 6 month warranty and they won’t offer to have the fault sorted at any local garage to me, one member of staff passed the phone to the other who raised his voice and showed aggression then put the phone down. Very poor customer service, sad that a garage is so happy to take your money but then wipe their hands of it.
