Van hired, easy transaction, no issues, only criticism is that it could have left more fuel in it, barely enough to get to local petrol station... but that's me being fussy

We keep coming back for the reasonable prices and great service. They have some very good vans and hire motor home's too.

We hired a 2 birth motorhome for a 2 week wild camping holiday touring North Yorkshire and North Wales. We picked up the motorhome a day early which was a lovely surprise and off we set. The motorhome was immaculate and extremely easy to drive. Loved it in fact. Unfortunately we did have a few issues the first few nights with the space heater not working which involves dismantling the sofa/bed to reset it and the water heater. We contacted the office for advice quite a few times over those first few days and must praise the guys for their help and professionalism. Absolute gentlemen. Nick especially was so helpful as being 2 women on our own it was nice to not be talked down to or patronised. He appreciated that there was a problem and not something we were doing wrong. We continued our holiday working around the problem. We did have to do some replanning but still managed to enjoy our holiday. Over 1,000 miles in glorious sunshine. On returning the motorhome tests were done and a problem with the leisure battery was identified. These things happen. We were reimbursed for the nights we had to use electric hook up without any problem. I think over the 2 weeks I must have spoken to every member of staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful which made it so much easier for us. Thank you everyone at Pronto and Nick your an asset to the company. Don’t know what we’d have done without you.
