Absolutely disgraceful post sales service. It required a head office email to get a reply. Once a reply had been given, was inappropriate to the concern. i have heard of similar complaints with this dealership by which they continue with half hearted responses until you give up... Alas 8 months later my concern still remains unsolved. Therefore, if you have a complaint get ready for the long haul. I would not recommend this dealership and I definitely will not be going back.
Fantastic experience, from initial request to view & test drive our chosen car, all the way to picking it up 5 days later.
