What a cheat team they are! My van has been repairing as to its turbo down. I have been very sad with this already. According to the warranty policy, I should have a replacement car. A gentleman of theirs promised me to delivery one to my workplace. However, when I double-checked with them after several days, a young lady told me to pick it up myself and gave me an unacceptable reason. Moreover, she even has lied to me to call AA for requiring the replacement car. AA said they wouldn't do it rather than offering a courtesy car of 2 days. A definitely cheat team. They have telephone records for every custom calling. They shouldn't make lies.

Dreadful experience once again at Sinclair Volkwagen Cardiff. My new T6 Kombi van needed to be taken in for leaking side windows, after just 12,000 miles (My T5 Kombi also leaked from the same windows, so please google the issue before purchasing a van). The van was repaired by their awful service team and returned to me missing the tinted windows. The service manager and dealer principle have refused to put the tints back onto the windows stating it was not an original part, even though this is how I purchased the van from Volkswagen Cheltenham. This issue has now been escalated to VW customer services who have been equally poor at dealing with the issue. In my experience both the Newport and Cardiff Sinclair franchises offer some of the worst customer service on the high street and should be avoided.

Very poor customer service and customer after care after spending nearly £48K on a top of the range pick up truck, bad decision of mine not to purchase the Ford Ranger.

Been trying to call for 2 days to book in my brand new vehicle which has developed a fault already! The phone just rings and wastes five minutes of your life and simply hangs up. Absolutely useless when you have commercial vehicles to run a business and there is know one manning the phones. Joke.

Vary helpful staff ordered a part for my van I was late collecting do parts had gone home however the sales staff went out back and grabbed my part for me to save another trip down will be using again thanks.
