Took my 3 series here for servicing and repairs. It was my first time with SWSS. I found the price to be very reasonable and vehicle check video was thorough and picked up a few small things I’d been wanting to get sorted for a while which was really convenient. The small things they picked up left me feeling confident that the car had a thorough check. The staff clearly had expert knowledge. For all work, the issue was pointed out in a video and explained and all suggested work was sent over in a link, giving pricing for each job. I thought this was great as the pricing was transparent, with clear documentation of why each job was needed. Also meant there was no surprising bills when I went to pay as all work was agreed in advance based on the live quote given on the link. The car now seems to be running well and all the service icons are green. Above all the staff were helpful and friendly which goes a long way. Thanks a lot, I am really happy with the service!

First time using SWSS BMW and I was highly impressed. I booked my X3 in for a service and investigation repair work. The service received exceeded my expectations, I received regular updates during the service and repairs. SWSS BMW is a professional customer focused garage offering the first class workmanship you would expect at a main dealer. All of the staff I dealt with are friendly and have great customer service. I highly recommend SWSS BMW and will be back for my next service.

Took my car to SWSS for the first time recently & was thoroughly impressed with the service received. The staff are a great bunch, with extensive BMW knowledge. I was kept informed of the progress throughout, with the work being completed to a great standard for a more than reasonable price. I'll certainly be returning to SWSS in the future.

Quality of service & professionalism doe's not match the amazing value for money. Service of this quality is expected in high-end main dealers!! Can not recommend these guys enough!!
