In these covid times I thought it would be challenging to change cars. However the level of service was exceptional with videos and detail on the car and arranging a deal on the phone subject to final approval. Excellent.
First time using Ingram and I'm impressed.
I was booked into Ingrams with my fleet vehicle by Arval after Lookers couldn't provide a service for over a month.
On arrival it was easy to park with plenty of spaces.
The dealership was well laid out with good covid measures in place.
The van was serviced on time and a video sent to my phone which doesn't always happen with fleet vehicles at other dealerships.
On picking up the van, it had been really well cleaned, not just a quick hoover, the floors had actually been cleaned down. Again, last 2 visits to lookers the van hadn't been cleaned.
If I was in the market for a new car I would definitely visit this dealership.

Just home today with a great brand new Polo. First class service from the very beginning to end of the process. David Brown our salesman was brilliant, listened to us as buyers and provided first rate attention. He made us feel very valued as returning customers, and was so friendly and honest throughout the whole process. We fell in love with the car at first inspection and negotiated what we felt was a great deal. David made sure that we were happy and his boss David oversaw everything in a superbly professional and friendly manner.
