After browsing the Approved Used Mercedes website I found the car I wanted. I emailed an interest in the car last Thursday evening and I drove the same car into my drive this Tuesday afternoon!! The whole process was seamless and totally hassle-free. The initial email and telephone communications were prompt and free of any “hard push”. The test drive was a breeze and after agreeing to purchase the car there was yet again no overbearing push to add extras to the sale. This gave me the time to consider options which I decided to purchase in the end. I have purchased cars in the past from Saab, BMW, Jaguar, VW etc and this has been the easiest to date. I dealt with Morgan start to finish with purchase and she was a star throughout. I thoroughly recommend this dealership.

We just purchased a car from this garage, the communication and customer service was not up to the usual Merc dealership standards. Marks inside car when collecting to sending us emails for other customers to name but a few. Lack of care and attention. Was meant to be a happy time but wasn’t the smooth experience we expected. Will never buy from this garage again🙁

Promptly served very helpful at reception and sales staff had all the paperwork ready took mr to my car showed me around . Service with a smile goes a long way keep it up.

Paid deposit for a GLE. Was told it has full MB service history. Upon inspection it had missed a service a so not a full service history. Also car had been doing 12k per year but for some unknown reason mileage shows for last 2 years it had only done 300 miles! Sales manager extremely arrogant and insists it had full service history even though their own policy states cars have to be serviced annually. Give this dealership a miss by a mile. Luckily I had a close escape. I wasted £70 in booking travel. Would give zero stars but not possible.

Must be a very busy garage as they rejected my a potential sale of £15000 all because they wouldn't throw in a new set of car mats. Literally give you no incentive to go ahead with any sale of a second hand car. No negotiation on the price alternatively try and add more onto it with a £99 admin fee and a £20 fuel fee (car still had half a tank of fuel so didn't understand how they think this is acceptable). Save yourselves the time and hassle and go to an alternative garage that might actually want your money and atleast try and make you feel like a valuable customer.
