I purchased the Karoq Sportline 4x4 during lockdown with Craig. Outstanding service and communication throughout the sale. We live a long way from Ingrams but the confidence we got from them during the initial enquiry was fantastic, we decided to go with them rather than locally. Jordan looked after all the paperwork and kept me updated every step of the way. Jordan picked us up from the hire care company (in grams is 4 hours from my home) and was so welcoming and helpful. Driving the long journey home was so comfortable and smooth this car is in a league of its own and put together with the excellent service from the initial phone call We can’t thank Ingrams, Craig and Jordan enough.

Very helpful salesman who explained the essential information about the 2 models that I was interested in. No pressure sales, he will follow up with email of brochures on the two cars an will contact me after an agreed interval. All in all a pleasant experience
