Horrible experience with this company purchased car with a burst head gasket, they done half a repair 2 weeks after purchase didn’t skim the cylinder head and two months later the engine blew! I then sent it down on a tow bed at my expense for a 6/7 week engine rebuild after hearing they only fitted 2 pistons but 16 values which is another cheap fix then skimmed head and head gasket, 5 1/2 month later of having the car back and the head is away and internal problems again like piston rings! When I wanted to return the car I went threw long dispute with finance company and auto cars now say that they haven’t even done a engine rebuild!! They will be getting taken to court do not buy from here it’s a joke of a company

Russell was very courteous and helpful when we were buying a car. This very quickly changed when we asked for a refund as car has spent more time back on his forecourt and in the garage trying to fix faults than it has on the road. Now in ongoing struggle to get refund, trading standards involved etc. First car experience for my daughter has been absolutely ruined.

We purchased a used Saab 9.3 around 3 months ago from this dealer. The sales staff were very friendly and helpful. The car has been great - no problems at all. We are delighted with purchase and the dealer. Excellent customer service - thank you Colin and Russell

Same issue here. Trying to get money back is a nightmare. Car been in garage 5 times. Promised refund but story changes every time I contact them. Now they want proof that blackbox is not causing problem even though it was fitted and removed through insurance company and the fault was present before it was fitted ( I note from some other postings a few customers having similar issues). Car has been with them now for 2 weeks awaiting refund and have had to escalate issue to trading standards. Dealer told me to talk to the Queen'.... quality service then!!! Also notice the facebook page is down... wonder why?

Not even worth 1 star, as a previous review stated the same thing happened to me. car was sold unsafe to drive with several major faults. Mercedes garage said there is no chance it should have passed an Mot. refused to cooperate with the rejection so the finance company are having to sort it. Car was filthy on pick up too with 3000 miles over the advertised mileage. AVOID
