Great stock of cars, very helpful and patient staff! Laid back which makes a change from the usual pushy salesmen, let me test drive the car I had booked for a good half hour saying there was plenty of petrol in there. Car drove lovely. Gave me time to go away to think and also gave a good price as a part ex for my car. Would return here again!

Bought a car in Dec 2017 baring in mind with apparently a LIFE TIME WARRANTY which I have paper work to confirm this. Never really made a claim or used up the warranty in anyway. The Terms and conditions for the warranty is to keep the car serviced and make sure the car hasn’t done more than 10,000 per year. I’ve only done 24,000 in 3 years which is well under the terms stated. Been chasing the repair department to have a look as the engine light kept coming on, finally had the car taken in after 8 months. Been told it was the crank shaft then the catalyst converter and all sorts. Car was left for 2 weeks finally when it was checked they said timing chain. As far as I’m aware anything to do with engine and emissions is under warranty I can see why they didn’t want to do it because the job is almost a 10 hour job costing around £1600. Surely that’s not my problem you provide the warranty the part may not be converted don’t say anything about labour on the warranty booklet. Anyway I’ve had to spend £1500 to get it fixed. Terrible terrible service, I can most definitely promise I will never buy a car from here again.

Excellent service from Chris! He helped me throughout the process of getting my car and having it delivered to Malta. I couldn't have asked for more. Always very friendly and helpful. The car arrived a few days ago and is in great condition. Good communication even after sales. Thank you very much.

Terrible Experience! I've emailed an agent yesterday and agreed for 12:00 a.m today for talking about a car .Just in case Ive called a bit earlier and unfortunately learned that the car was sold to another person. If it is called satisfying the customer then " well done!!!!" Terrible customer management! Extremely not satisfied! 09.09.2020
