Great experience purchasing a car from here, especially given the current climate - Paul and the team were most helpful and prompt with communication. Would definitely recommend.

I have a service plan with this dealer and had my car serviced just before covid lockdown. This new location replaces their Amersham dealership where I always received excellent service. Although the site was all very modern etc I was very disappointed with the service I received and I am considering cancelling my service plan. The Problems are listed below:- 1. I booked a while you wait service but they wanted me to leave car. 2. Reg Number had not been updated, to my private number although I had advised them. 3. They wanted £180 to tell me what was wrong with a door lock, I later got repaired elsewhere a lot cheaper than their investigation charge! 4. The complementary Valet was awful, car was covered in smears and still dirty the carpet not vacuumed properly. 5. Four days after service brake warning light came on for worn pads, investigation showed very worn brake pads which I had replaced locally which makes me wonder whether service was done correctly. I will be very interested to hear if things have improved

The overall experience from the Aftercare Team has been a complete shambles from start to finish. I have had my car for 4 months and it’s been back 6 times, the 5th time you had my car for a month and not once did you call me to update me on my car. To top it off, the car came back without the problem being resolved and to be told that you are unsure of when the part, which may solve the problem, will arrive. I collected my car to find oil marks on the cream headline cloth from your technicians, a terrible smell in the car and the tyre pressures low after you’ve had it for over a month. It’s a brand new car and I’ve had nothing but problems with it. I will never ever buy a car from here again nor will I recommend you to anyone. The customer service from start to finish has been less than poor to say the least.

You need to leave more than 1% fuel in the tank. I had to drive with my other car to get petrol from the service station as I had no confidence there was sufficient fuel for me to reach there in this vehicle. Otherwise good service.

For anyone thinking about buying a car from this jaguar retailer don’t bother. I’ve never received such a poor service from a car retailer. I purchased a car from this jaguar garage and I would never buy one from here again and I highly recommend no one else does too. I purchased my car over a week ago, which was delivered with no documents at all and I still haven’t received any documents for example the V5. Which I didn’t mind because I was told I would be sent all the relevant documentation’s soon, but still haven’t received it over a week later. The car has been delivered with issues for example both my car key batteries are going flat. The car came with no wheel nut. The tyre pressure monitoring system has a fault and the car is saying a service is required in 1700 miles even though I was told a service would be done if needed and the stop start system isn’t working properly. I reported all this over 4 days ago and I was told I would get a phone call back numerous times but I’m the only one chasing it up, nobody seems bothered now the car has been sold. The positive about this jaguar retailer is the receptionist is outstanding, she always tries her best to help when you ring up. Never had such a poor service from a jaguar retailer except for the receptionists which are outstanding.
