My bike needed quite a bit of repair work, which the staff did very quickly (2 days) and it was also excellent value for money. It now rides like a new bike, which is saying something given that I cycle a lot and my bike gets hammered!
Helpful and courteous staff. A bit like asking a member of the family for help. Nothing was too much trouble and I’ll definitely try this store first when I want something bike or car related.

I feel bad as I don't know the name of the guy who helped me but I came in at 8am first thing for a new battery fitting, it was a cold morning and even though it was early as well he was kind and very helpful. He put me at ease as I didn't really understand what was wrong with my battery so he explained everything that could've been wrong and the ins and outs of how it will solve the problem, mechanics don't always do this and treat me like I'm dumb probably because I'm female but I never have felt like this at Halfords. Thanks so much for your help me car is running just fine now :)
