Everything went very smoothly. They phoned me up a couple of days before to remind me. I needed to wait for the car as I had travelled from over an hour away, this was not a problem. I was given an estimated time it would be ready and it was completed before that time. I was able to wait in a comfortable waiting area with a progress display which was being constantly updated. They also fixed a small problem with the car within the time quoted. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending them or using them in the future.

Excellent service! Recently bought a used Suzuki Vitara from Threeways Garage in Abergele. Nice setup, friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend!

Buyer Be Aware!! Promised us great after sales service, nothing would be too much trouble including vehicle collection for our new Isuzu pickup. Unfortunately after just six months for a recall adjustment this has proved to be a lie. Once they have your money they are simply not interested. Really wish we had bought this somewhere else.

The staff always give excellent service. You feel like they are always trying to help and keep you updated when your vehicle is in for any work.
