My boyfriend Mike bought his Africa Twin from Colwyn Bay Motorcycles this week. It's the second bike he's bought from them and always speaks highly of the service he has had there. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make getting your new bike a real occasion. Particular thanks to Steve for being so enthusiastic and knowledgeable on the bike. Hope to see you guys for another bike again soon!

Just had my PCX serviced, which was purchased new from them. It is approx.. 80 miles each way to drop off and pick up from my home, but worth every mile. The ride home was Superb, scooter back to flawless operation. a niggling fault with stop start idle sorted out by technicians. Highly recommended. Nothing seems too much trouble for the friendly staff.

Colwyn Bay motorcycles is a family owned business and they look after you well. Lovely family and staff members. Always polite and helpful. I've swopped and changed many bikes over the past 30 plus years and it's always been a 5 star experience. Highly recommended 👍

Made to feel welcome straight away and couldn’t feel more relaxed in there. Nice and bright new showroom with a superb selection of new and used bikes and a good selection of clothes, helmets etc. They’ve a great team there, everybody plays their part but a special mention to Steve for a great deal on a new bike. Was on a biking holiday in Wales and needed a new rear tyre desperately. Spoke to James in the service department who sorted me out with an appointment that day. When I took the bike in I also had a slight front brake issue which I asked them to look at. Despite the late notice they did this and didn’t even charge me. James took his time to explain to me what the issue was and I was very impressed. Wish they were closer to home as I would definitely use again! Thank you!
