bought a car three months ago focus ST very nice car but way to many problems! to be ready for sale, under body shield badly broken, leaking screen wash bottle, seat tilt broken (fixed twice ), ESP system faulty (fixed twice), cracked alloy wheel ( sudden deflation ),and several other things I have either fixed myself or just not fixed yet like air conditioning not working, in fairness to them they fixed all the problems I had quickly and without complaint, I let them off with the air-con as I don't use it even in summer but a gave over £5000 for the car and it should have been more carefully prepared, I have no quibble with the warranty that's very good but the quality control before sale is poor to say the very least, going back so many times to get things fixed cost me a lot of time off work and fuel as it was an 80 mile round trip this is just not good enough I know its an older car ( 2008 ) but "MAKE SURE THE CARS ARE RIGHT BEFORE SALE", however if your buying a nearly new car I am sure you will have no problems but if its a few years old have it checked by the RAC, AA, or so on I did not bother and that was a mistake on my part, they are a genuine car dealer with some great deals but they are letting them selves down and all it would take is one person to be in charge of checking everything is working on the stock as it comes in like the big dealers do and they would be perfect, PS happy with the car now it was worth the hassle.
