Long time since I have felt so welcome at a car showroom, and that has nothing to do with Covid-19. Most places you go these days (if you can park) everyone seems busy doing anything but attending to physical customers. Not so at Premier Toyota.

I Truely can't thank the manager (Antonio) and the staff at Premier Toyota enough.. They have gone above and beyond in every aspect of customer service and their dedication to the customer is second to non....I felt totally at ease no pressure to buy from them at all The salesman bill was extremely professional, helpful and friendly, also the manager Antonio was absolutely amazing and helped me out massively can't thank him enough👌👌👍 .... The guys that valet the cars are a superb team and fantastic at what they do.. And so friendly, The cars are like brand new once they've done their magic.. Totally awesome service from start to finish.. Can't highly recommend this garage and staff enough😁😁😁 plus they have fab coffee and to die for biscuits x

Had a really excellent experience with Toyota North Wales (namely Michael) who went above and beyond after a tricky experience at another dealership. He supplied us with a huge amount of information and was open and supportive in making changes to quotes and guiding us in the right direction. We had many questions but didn’t feel rushed or pressured in any way. I am really happy with both the car and the brilliant service from this dealership and would highly recommend them to others interested in a Toyota. Michael even gave me a call a few days after to check we got home ok and continued to answer some questions I had with no trouble or fuss at all. Thank you!!
