Great service from all departments.
Very good service
I have dealt with Josh on a couple of occasions now with looking at a few different cars, each time he has been superb and really helpful and quick to answer questions unlike many main agents. A pleasure to see and again a credit to deal with. Cheers Josh
Terrible service. Waited 20 mins to be spoken to after going to see a second hand discovery sport. We left after being ignored in the showroom and went to chester. Much better service, very attentive and we got a great car at a great price.
Obv not back up to speed since Christmas, sat in lots of cars, no-one took any notice of us. There were at least 15 members of staff visible, all it takes is a quick "are you ok?" to check what a customer requires.
