I bought My Red Skoda Superb and I Am absolutely amazed how easy that was with sales woman APRYL FELL.
Now, I never left my sofa and APRYL Did everything for me. I only had to phone, email or sign PDF's and send via email. I got delivery to Northern Ireland for extra £500. APRYL prepared all receipts, service records, checks, finance paperwork, everything You Can imagine. Even extra photographs and video. While I Was still seating in my sofa with all the comfort at home. All paperwork She prepared Came in package in car. If I requested some documentation just for piece of My mind She send it to My email. Think is - i send over 160 messages , because I Am like that. ALL OF MY QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED SO QUICKLY, I thought She is like My personal Google assistant- literally. This experience of buying car this way Was pleasure, AND I also got skoda approved 24 months warranty. I don't know how many people working in there, but I Am SERIOUS here. Go there and ask for APRYL FELL. THANK you APRYL, Thank You NORTH WALES SEAT.

I wanted to share my wonderful experience of buying a new car from the SEAT dealership in Llandudno. I dealt with Apryl and Chris (the manager) who were both excellent and who went above and beyond to cater to my needs. They arranged a test drive for me and later talked me through the various finance/purchase options available if I wanted to proceed. The whole process was nice and easy with no pressures whatsoever to buy, quite the opposite in fact, I was made to feel like a valued customer throughout. It's never easy talking about money when it comes to pursuing a good deal on a car but these guys seem to have a natural talent for making things really relaxed and straight-forward. They are not just knowledgeable but also very personable; the ideal people to be selling cars! We negotiated a deal whereby we were all left smiling and I picked up my brand new SEAT Ibiza literally one week later . This is now my third car from them and the reason I keep returning is because their customer service is genuinely second to none. Thanks to all concerned.
My girlfriend has been a customer of Seat for 6 years now, and Chris Pilbrow has been the main reason for this. Nothing is too much trouble for him, and he always delivers on his promises. Also a special mention to Arron Williamson for also being a huge help in the latest deal, very efficient in getting all the information for our questions back to us, and again nothing was too much trouble for him either! We can’t thank both enough for their outstanding customer service. Highly recommend.
