Always happy with the service I receive at Llandudno Junction. And if I'm honest, I'm not sure I could buy from anywhere else, even if I wanted to! Every time I visit the showground, I'm always greeted by friendly staff. I'm usually with my son and they always make the effort to engage with him, offering biscuits and toys to him and just making us both feel welcome. I'm always offered a drink too and a seat in the lounge (which is accommodating and comfortable with TV, games and magazines) and it's always clean and pleasant. Nothing is too much trouble and they always go out of their way to help. A special thanks to Craig from sales and Jack, Robbie, Kirsty and Reece.

Excellent care and support buying a car in the middle of the Covid crisis. My first vehicle did not suit me so took advantage of changing it in the first month. Second vehicle great match for my needs. All staff pulled out the stops to get everything in order despite Covid restrictions. As a customer I felt valued and looked after. Thanks to Lee who made sure all the paperwork and handover went smoothly. Follow up calls and texts make sure I’m still happy with my new car. The dealership offered me a personal service that looked after me well.

I have never bought a VW before but from the outset I could see that North Wales Volkswagen was a very professional business. Nothing was too much trouble. The car I wanted wasn't in stock and Lee Davies went out of his way to search other dealers and found my lovely car. Throughout the whole process Lee was at the end of the phone every step of the way. I would recommend this company and I will return...in a few years time!!

Had a fantastic experience buying my car here this week. Nothing was too much trouble to help us find the right car, and with the September deals on we made a great saving. Felt safe with all the Covid protective measures that had been put in place. We had a lovely salesman, Lee Davies, who explained everything so fully and answered any questions we had so we left knowing all of our options. Took the time and effort to make sure that we had picked the right car for us. Extremely happy and already recommending to everyone we know!

My partner recently got a car off Darren Bennett. I cant stress enough how easy he made the sale. The car my partner was set on got sold, she was gutted. In steps Darren. He delivered on his promise of a car she would love, he couldnt have been more right. On viewing the car via facetime, the paperwork was being filled in. He met us on the day of collection and his customer service was second to none. Keep hold of this salesman. They dont come as honest, open or professional as he does. Please go to him to buy your next car. We certainly will as long as he is here.
