A real pleasure to do business with, Lisa Lowe looked after me from start to finish and whilst waiting on my bank to authorise the payment she was even out there cleaning a sticker off the paint work missed by the valet. Short of driving my new van home there wasn’t much else she could have done for me. She made the whole process a pleasure like it should be. For anyone considering travelling a long way to visit this dealership like I did, then I’ say , do it, and like me you won’t be disappointed. If your buying a van, ask for Lisa.

As a Owner Operator it’s really important to buy the correct van for your business, it’s a big investment. Lisa at VW Llandudno really understands that, she has lots of knowledge with the entire range of VW Commercial Vehicles. The entire experience from enquiring, purchasing and Handover was fluid and easy. She kept me up to date with the progress of the van being shipped into the UK, on the Van’s arrival to VW Llandudno it was promptly fitted with a Tow Bar and Ply-line. On Handover, all paperwork was ready on her desk, the van had been cleaned and valeted and brought to the front of the building. Even in a Covid Pandemic, VW Llandudno can really deliver. In my view, Lisa Lowe is the biggest asset VW Llandudno has got.

“No more than three hours”... Famous last words. What’s really frustrating is the staff constantly misinforming customers around me about how much longer it’ll be. If you’re in a rush or need to get anywhere then I advise going elsewhere as there’s no sense of urgency or time keeping going on here.

Excellent customer service from salesman Lee Davies who sold me a new VW ID3. Can't thank him enough for explaining all there is to know about these new electric cars, plenty of patience, pleasant mannerism and great aftercare. Five stars - would recommend him highly

Collected my very first ever new van/vehicle from North Wales VW Van Centre last Thursday. Not the nearest VW van centre to me but certainly the best by far. From the initial phone enquiry Lisa was great. She was very helpful, did her best to get me a good price and always returned my calls or emails promptly. I was also kept updated throughout the build. I only visited the dealship twice and again was impressed by the staff. Thanks again Lisa for making the whole experience a pleasure. Love my Transporter.
