I would give 10 stars if I could. I am always apprehensive about buying a car from a dealership as most of the time my experiences are very bad. It is fair to say however, I was extremely surprised at the warm welcome received by Kiren at Jones Motor Co when I first called about the Audi A4! After many conversations about the car I decided to travel the 70 miles to see the it. The vehicle was in pristine condition with very few miles on as promised so I couldn't wait to buy the car. I thought I would be clever and get a better rate of finance through another company which wasn't the case (it actually harmed my credit rating) but Jones Motor Co helped me through it and provided an excellent and affordable deal! I took the car a week later with a full MOT and service. This was back in February 2020. After 10 months and many miles later I had a fault appear, knowing it was out of warranty I call some local garages for quotes all of which were very expensive. Out of curiosity I call up Jones Motor Co, Kiren instantly remembering me, told me to bring the car back and they would look after me, which they did and fixed it at a fraction of the cost! I would strongly recommend this company to any one who is in the market for an Audi! Kind, caring, professional and honest with excellent prices and outstanding customer service makes buying a used car easy and very stress free!

Cannot recommend this company enough! Saw my Audi A1 on autotrader and travelled from Manchester to Llandudno to view it. The salesman was friendly, down to earth and not pushy in the slightest. After purchasing the Audi, they offered free delivery to Manchester and when the car arrived it was immaculate and the work we agreed to be done prior to purchase had all been completed as promised, plus two new tyres!! Over the moon with my experience and my car. Thanks again.

Very friendly and helpful staff not pushy at all, Keiran gave me the keys to the car I came to see and left me to look around the car, he came back later to answer any questions I had about the car, they cleaned and serviced the car and mot it and delivered it to my address again very good service.

Received my Audi A1 on Monday from Gareth the owner of Jones. Perfect service and communication throughout. Brought my car all the way from Wales to Newcastle and i couldn't be more happier. Great dealership and very professional. Would highly recommend to anyone.
