Sold me a dud car, i was looking for something reliable and had a warranty things kept going wrong, kept brushing me off until i finally sold the car back. When i took the car back, shot down and crying from the stress. I was told "if i was going to spend so little on a car then i should expect it to break", after explaining i only had 2000 from a family members will, and that had to cover my car, insurance and tax. It was said that "the worst person to sell a car too is someone who doesn't have a lot of money like her" Little bit rude and disrespectful as i am a 21 year old coming back from sepsis and pneumonia and have no other choice but to be on benifits. I was later on told to buy a car for less and keep a couple of hundred pounds to fix it, but would i have got a couple of hundred pounds to fix that car? No I highly doubt it...

Sold me audi s3 new mot which was bent I'm in the middle of getting visa on theirs case as I was aware that car was reliable for 12 months but my mate looked at it and the discs ,pads,and callipers were seized on the rear, and above all I had my kids in this vehicle which cost me over £1000 to get put right so unless these dodgy outfit pay me what I paid to put right by the end of the day vosa will be seeing photos of the parts that were replaced by a main dealer, as my garage said they will not get off with this passing mot !!!!less than 150 miles i done in that car before my mate saved a definite tragedy, motor hub or whoever best you contact me rather than avoid me ,coz I will be getting vosa on this still.

Excellent service throughout, there was a few minor problems after a week of buying my car, Jon came to collect the car took it fixed everything that needed doing without any quarm whatsoever, and returned it and now it runs like a dream, I'm very happy, I can't thank him enough he's been very helpful and patience 😊
