Only gave 1 star because I couldn't leave a 0 star, bought a car from this garage in February, within 13 days it started sounding like a vacume cleaner, I reported this and was told to take it too a garage, eventually after lockdown I took it back to have it looked at, to which the mechanic told me that they all sound like this, (false, as my father has the same car) it then turned our that the mechanic was the son of the salesman that sold it too me, I was also told that if I wasn't happy the car could be exchanged in September, its now the end of October and John Roberts always seems to be out the office when I call and doesn't respond to emails, agreed with other reviews that the staff seem friendly, but clearly they have no after service as I'm left too feel like they have had £5000 out of me and now couldn't care less very disappointed
I'd absolutely 100% recommend these guys. Due to C-19 and the new MOT guidelines I hadn't gotten an MOT for my car (I was within the date where you didn't have to), but on holiday I found out that I couldn't tax my vehicle without a valid MOT.
Apologising for the short notice I called these guys and they got me in the same day.
All staff members I encountered were extremely friendly and helpful, and the MOT was done in just over an hour.
I don't think I want to go anywhere else for an MOT now!
