Without a doubt the most incompetent bunch of people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. How they are selling such expensive and high end products is completely beyond me. Even if you want a Range Rover, seriously consider an alternative, for no other reason than you will never have to deal with Grange Land Rover.

I have just bought a nearly new Range Rover Autobiography p400e from Grange and had a need to find out how certain things work as the iGUIDE [electronic hand book] is very vague and not user friendly [I have had a Range Rover since 1984] and know most things about the car. Glen [who is the main man in charge of aftersales ] and Graham [the expert on the computers and the setting up of the vehicle] where fantastic at sorting out my problems. You would have to go a long way to get such expert and professional advice from any dealer. The way they handled my queries has been "Above & Beyond" any other person/s I have come into contact in all the years of my owning a Range Rover.

Took my son's Jaguar for service. Service department very friendly when I made the appointment explaining no courtesy car due to Covit19. Arrived at 8am to drop car off, temperature taken, wiped the pen with anti bacterial wipe before giving it to me to sign. Collection is easy, paid exactly as quoted. Escorted me to the car with the umbrella, even reversed the car out for me as he (Greg?) saw my facial expression looking at the tight spot. Good experience.

Customer service in the servicing department is appalling. No one ever answers the phone. If you leave a voicemail no one calls you back. My car was in for a service yesterday and I had to repeatedly call to check on updates as no one knew what was going on or could explain to me what was happening. I complained to the customer service manager whose response was “you can come collect your car and take it to another dealership”. No problem that’s exactly what I’ll do! I would strongly urge Landrover and Jaguar customers to avoid this dealership.

Had two cars serviced here recently. My daughters took the cars in. On both occasions a service advisor from Grange Land Rover called my daughters and told them their brakes were dangerous. One car they said needed new discs all round (Range Rover Sport) and the other car (Evoque) they said needed new pads and quoted a ridiculous amount to replace them (nearly £500). We refused and when we got the cars back we had them independently inspected. The RRS discs were fine all round. It had new'ish pads on and the inspector said the discs will outlast the new pads. Same story for the Evoque, more than 50% left on the pads. I consider they tried to rip us off and thought that because it was two young girls who dropped that cars off, they could try it on and get away with it. Will never go back to this company. You have been warned.
